Our Cancellation Policy

Hi, this is our cancellation page, in a nutshell, which is also in the waiver you will or have signed when you create your account. Please read this page. If you have any questions, please contact the studio. Let’s begin!

We understand that schedules can change. Please note that reserved class time is held exclusively for you.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of class, or missed classes, are considered late cancellations or no-shows.

Cancelling or Rescheduling

  • Must be done 12 hours prior to class through the app or website app.
  • Log in to your account to cancel or reschedule.
  • If you would like to reschedule a class on the same day, contact your Instructor, who will be happy to assist.

Waitlist

  • Full classes allow a waitlist of up to two clients per class, first-come, first-served.
  • If a spot opens, you’ll receive an email asking you to confirm whether you want to join the class.  Please see Client Responsibility below.
  • No phone or SMS reminders are sent, although we are working on this feature with the app creators.
  • If still on the waitlist at class start, you’ll be removed without penalty.

Late Arrivals

  • 10-minute grace period from class start.
  • After 10 minutes, the class is marked as a late cancel or no-show.
  • Late arrivals may miss warm-up, and sessions may be shortened to finish on time.

Fees & Package Deductions

  • A credit card is required to hold all classes.
  • Late cancellations: deduction of one class from your package.
  • No-shows: deduction of one class plus a $25 fee.
  • Outstanding fees must be paid before scheduling additional classes.

Reminders & Client Responsibility

  • Email reminders are sent prior to class.
  • Ensure contact info is accurate and check spam/junk folders. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct within your profile as well as managing your incoming mail within your email app. The Instructor nor app is responsible for you not receiving your emails.
  • Clients are responsible for remembering scheduled class times.

Emergencies

  • We understand emergencies happen and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate exceptional circumstances.
