Do I need experience, flexibility, or fitness to start?

No experience is required. You can start at any level. Exercises are adjusted to your ability, and progress happens through consistency.

How often should I take classes to see results?

Most clients benefit from 2–3 classes per week. Results typically include improved strength, posture, and mobility within a few weeks of consistent attendance.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear something comfortable yet appropriate workout clothing. Grip socks are required for safety and control on the reformer.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Classes must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid charges. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Do you offer packages, memberships, or trials?

Yes. We offer class packages and membership options for consistent training, along with occasional introductory offers for new clients, with monthly, fun, weekend workshops!

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes. Private sessions are available for clients who want individualized programming, rehabilitation support, or faster progress.
