Tower Class

This all- level class takes you through a total body workout using the progressive resistance of springs on the Pilates TOWER. Focusing on building strength and stamina while teaching the foundations of Pilates, this class will have a continuous pace and moderate tempo. Modifications will be provided and students are encouraged to work at their own pace.

*Appropriate for MOST students (barring existing injuries or conditions- check with us if you’re unsure).
